Geleceğin İnsan Kaynakları Rolleri

 

Geleceğin insan kaynakları rolleri konusunu açıklamak için öncelikle son yıllarda şirketlerin yeni bir dönüşümün içinde olduğunu ve adeta eski alışkanlıklarını, düzenlerini, iş akışlarını geride bırakarak geleceğe giden yolun bir parçası olma eğilimlerinde olduğundan bahsetmek gerekir. Bu yolda insan kaynaklarının vereceği desteğin önem arz etmesi kadar, bizzat o yolun insan kaynakları işlevinden geçmesi gerekiyor. Sizlere bugün bahsedeceğimiz geleceğin yeni İK rolleri de, bu dönüşümün, gelişimin gerçekleşmesinin anahtarı olacaktır.

Dijitalleşen yeni dünyada, teknolojilerin, bakış açılarının, düşünce yapıları değişti.  Ek olarak çok önemli bir gelişme daha oldu. Tüm dünyayı etkileyen COVİD-19 salgını tüm iş dünyasını, yöneticileri, çalışanları, bireyleri, akla gelebilecek her türlü olguyu etkiledi ve belki yıllar sonra gerçekleşebilecek değişime zorunlu olarak geçiş yapılmasına neden oldu. Hepimiz bu yeni yaşama, çalışma ve ilişkiler kurma biçimlerine adapte olmaya çalışıyoruz. Uzaktan çalışma nereye kadar devam edebilecek?  Geleneksel ofis çalışması dönemi tamamen bitti mi? Bu soruların cevapları ve pandeminin uzun vadeli etkileri hala bilinmemektedir. Ancak bildiğimiz şey, salgının işgücü dönüşümünü hızlandıracağı ve dijital olarak etkinleştirilen işlere olan talebi arttıracağıdır. Bu sebeple geleceğin insan kaynakları rolleri de yeni bir forma girecek.

Koronavirüs Etkisi

Koronavirüs dünya çapında devam ettikçe, ekonomiyi, işgücünü ve işin geleceğini yeniden şekillendirecektir. Çünkü değişimin hızı, İK’nın kuruluşlar içindeki rolünün önemini de artırdı. Aynı zamanda bu yeni süreç İK liderlerini misyonlarını yeniden düşünmeye ve işletme genelinde yeni çalışma, öğrenme ve işbirliği yolları keşfetmeye ve önermeye zorluyor. Gittikçe daha fazla teknoloji, İK departmanının içinde yapılan işlere yayılıyor. Teknoloji kullanımı devasa bir artış trendinde olsa da, “insan” kavramı, iş dünyasında hiçbir zaman bugün olduğundan daha ayrılmaz bir parça olmamıştır.

Cognizant Merkezi, Future Workplace ve Amerikan işletmelerinden oluşan bir yelpazedeki önde gelen insan kaynakları yöneticilerinden oluşan katılımcı ağı geleceğin İnsan Kaynakları işlerini açıklayan bir makale yayınladı. Tüm bu işler arasındaki ortak nokta; İK’nın insanları ve iş stratejisini, işin geleceğinin yeni, heyecan verici ve kalıcı sınırlarına ulaştırmada kilit noktada olmasıdır.

Şimdi, ileri teknoloji ve COVID-19 pandemisi ile şekillenen yeni iş gücünün ihtiyaçlarını karşılayacak; bize göre Türkiye ve aynı zamanda benzer coğrafyalarda öncelikle başlayacak olan  geleceğin 15 insan kaynakları rollerini sunuyoruz.
